cannot connect server

Hello. I have problem abount connect to the server. I downloaded, installed and played Ryl2 extazy well, but yesterday my friend asked me to test a new server, and to connect to that server I had to run a .reg file. I didnt like that server, so I return to this server. I did as the first time, but at login screen, I dont see server extazy but the server I deleted. I uninstall and reinstall many times but I just see that server.
Can u help me solving this problem?
