GameGuard error 380.....

i just got a new pc and installed extazy again and now when i start the game and click the server the gameguard didnt even update, it says it connected but i get the 380 error. the launcher screen doesnt load either. says that i dont have an internet connection... ( but yet im posting this message.. anyone got a fix for it? ive done tried to run as admin but doesnt work either. running windows7

Let me some days i habe to search in my files coz i think that i habe a guide of all game guard errors
